Extended Stay America Suites - Dayton - North

I've seen customer care before. And I've seen hospitality workers that care. But the level of car and consideration that the front desk lady Lily put into not only mine but every other guest I seen her interact with was nothing short of exceptional. She was pulling double duty working the front desk and cleaning rooms that didn't get done earlier in the day. She is the paragon that all hospitality employees should strive to be.

Clean...friendly....quiet...comfortable. Need outside area for those that like to sit out and get free air. Just a few seats and a couple tables would be nice. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience

I needed additional assistance and the assistant manager, RJ, was incredibly helpful. The customer service exceeded my expectations.

The staff was friendly, our rooms were clean, very convenient, and the price was cool. No complaints, felt like home with the kitchen. Lol
